Definitely Permastar....I had them do my rims in their chrome like finish. Over 150K miles later and 3 of the 4 still look brand new.

I just had my "4th" wheel redone just a couple weeks ago. (I lightly kissed a curb) Gina is the contact person for individuals looking to get their rims done. Seems they are mostly doing OEM now and not so much with general public. In fact, when it came time to have it shipped back Gina (Permastar) had no acct with UPS, FedEx etc to generate a shipping label. (hard to believe in this day and age but...) I generated one via online and emailed it to her. Cost to have my one wheel redone was $141.23. Shipping on the other hand was $44 each way. Turn around was about 4 days.

I've had Permastar do several sets of rims for me over the years. (different vehicles - one of which was black chrome and yes its also stunning in person) One word of advice with rims our size is to instruct them to run the coating to the inside rim edge. When I first sent them my 22" rims 10yrs ago the first one came back with coating in mirror like finish only going half way across the inside of the rim. The remaining portion was coated but had orange peel. The outside and first 6" were perfect but I wanted all of the inside coated the same as it is easily visible. Permastar had no issue redoing and they coated per my instructions going forward with my other rims.
