Well.... after a month and a half of anticipation, I finally got word back from my mechanic....... not good!!!!!! Looking at a total Rebuild. Going to get a parts list together today for items I will need, so I will be reaching out to some of our gracious vendors here on the VTCoA. any help during this process would be greatly appreciated guys....:(

I have to make it up there and pick up my parts one of these days anyway. I'm hoping to do that soon because I have a set of wheels to pick up in Boston as well.

I must have missed your truck troubles. Are you talking a full motor rebuild? Result from the S/C or something else?

I think it was about 2 months ago I posted about my truck stahling in the middle of lunch hour traffic... "I was heading to wendys for lunch" tried to start it and it did nothing but clunked when I hit the start button. thought it was the battery so purchased a new one....nothing, had my buddy come up with his rollback but before we put it on we decided to try to pop start it....... well it started but was running like shit and then a noticed zero oil pressure. shut it down loaded it up and home we went. I did check the oil pressure as I always check all my gauges before I drive anywhere and I had approx. 70lbs showing on the gauge....possible faulty gauge.... but that said I shipped my truck to new jersey to have my mechanic open her up to find a burnt coil, piston skirts and cylinder walls scoured, most of the bearings down near the copper shell. my assumption is the gauge wasn't working and must have been stuck on 70lbs and therefor making me believe all was ok. I have such a radical cam in her that I wouldn't know if it was skipping or not. long story short....yes looks like a complete rebuild due to a bad oil pump and gauge combo. The Supercharger is not the culprit this time!!!!!!!

Look on the bright side. You will be able to put more stuff in your sig and you can turn the boost up. Let me know if you need an engine builder

Lol, i already had my sig changed one because it was to long....lmao. Who do you have in mind!!!!!!! And where pray tell would this person be located?

He is a guy down by me RAZ performance. He has the equipment to do the ten cylinders. He did mine and it's been pefect
