Walked out to my truck this morning and noticed this hose hanging down. It comes off the rear axle and I have no clue what it is or where it goes. Truck still seems to run normal. Haven't noticed anything wrong or different.

It is indeed an axle vent tube.

So it just plugs into the bottom of the bed?

Ah I see. Thanks!

I'll have to get that moved back there once it dries up here. Too wet today. I just moved it out of the way this morning.
Yeh. I'd get better pics myself but it's raining a bit

That is the vent tube for the rear axle. The bolt that holds the rear brake line T to the axle housing is hollow. It's like the banjo bolt that mounts the brake line to the caliper. They mount it to the crossmember to keep the end out of any water you may drive the truck through.
