Painting truck different color

So my girl needs to be re-painted clear coat is peeling and its like 10 shades of red. I have a 04 flame red rc but i really like the inferno red. Any inlut if its a good idea to re paint it the same color or go inferno red ???

what are you gonna do for the engine bay?? are these 2 colors close enough not to worry or do you not care?? changing color of the body will require at least the door jambs be done. what about the inside of the bed?? under the hood??

I always told my self if I have a black or silver truck that needs repainting I would spray it SSG (snake skin green), if I had a red truck I would do it VVOP (very viper orange pearl). I am actually dying to see a 10 in VVOP!!!! Do it!

There's a picture online of a new viper in a matte pearl white. Has bronze wheels too. Looks absolutely gorgeous.

Not really a fair comparison.... The new Viper ACR could be painted in cat shit and I would still think it is beautiful!
