Yes you do, there's a symbol that looks like a gear (upper right on page), also you have tools on the lower left of each post. click on the box and you see a number of options

I am not finding any gears on the upper right of the page nor any tools on lower left of each post! I'll keep looking but for now I see not

I see "Report" on left of each post and Like, quote and reply on right of each post - bottom of posts

a symbol to open quick navigation on upper right and it doesn't look like a gear?

No, I told you I don't have any control buttons - I looked for the ones you described - NADA, No buttons

I can Report, Like, Quote, Reply

Delete and Edit - but only for my own posts. Guess my tool box isn't installed
