What have people done on the underside of the hood ..

The felt heat sheild under the hood is worthless from the factory and ends up sagging … What other things have been done in its place . Pics anyone ?

The factory heat shield is no longer available and I can’t find it after market

The heat from the engine has to damage the hood paint over time if removed .. there was a thread on here where someone used Shellac I think it was to stiffen the factory shield and painted I think the FANG or SNEAKY PETE LOGO or the VIPER POWER LOGO !

They don't!! Another hard to find part! Maybe I'll retire from parts hahahaha

Maybe ! Parts are getting harder to find .. I’m suprised aftermarket has filled the gaps already .
