Odd problem happened hen I took the truck for a run last night

No idea what caused this , anyone ever had or seen this happen ? Any draw hat it could be ?

When I turned it off and removed the key …. The interior lights with the door open would not come on ,, the headlights would not come on , no brake lights either .. put the key back in the ignition and turned it to the on position and all works fine but continues to do it …

I pushed on the brake pedal while looking at my homes window behind the truck ..

Checked it again yesterday and it’s the same ,, no interior lights , no headlights or brake lights come on without the key being turned on or running … Never seen that happen before !
Not much on the internet I could find about it .. guessing a few things ,,, a fuse , ignition switch , wire problem .. Just wondering if anyone had this happen before and what they did to fix it ???

Are you running any LED bulbs? When I swapped my interior dome and map lights to LEDs they acted strange for a little bit but now are fine. I'm not sure if 06 electronics are different than 04/05.

How many cars now days have tricky electronics that unless you have read and memorised the owners manual, you would have no idea it could do a particular thing. Like leaving lights on so you can get to the house without tripping over the garden gnome.

I just chased down an issue with my electric fan on my other ride, was a bad relay.

When I get some time I will be checking the fuses and relays first ..
