CLINICAL INDICATION: Uric acid nephrolithiasis, sepsis, prostate issues.

TECHNIQUE: 1 view KUB.

COMPARISON: MRI 2/14/2025.

FINDINGS: The bowel gas pattern is nonobstructive. Moderate retained fecal debris in the colon. 2 adjacent calcifications overlying the right kidney the largest measuring 8 mm. There are vascular calcifications noted. The bones are demineralized. Mild
degenerative changes in the spine.


IMPRESSION:
Suspected right-sided nephrolithiasis.
Moderate retained fecal debris in the colon.



:D:DBasically im full of shit and have non obstructive kidney stones at this time .. 8 mm is big . Hey but at least I can still fart lol . I'm becoming spineless ‍

Here is the MRI things .... the thing is it all has nothing to do with the problems that were being looked at lol , They just want to keep finding crap I guess ..

Adrenal glands: Nodular thickening of the left adrenal gland measuring up to 1.4 cm demonstrating loss of signal on opposed phase imaging, most likely representing an adrenal adenoma. Normal appearance of the adrenal gland.

Kidneys: Symmetric bilateral enhancement and excretion. No hydronephrosis. Bilateral simple renal cysts. No suspicious or worrisome enhancing renal mass.

Spleen: Normal.

Bowel: Visualized bowel demonstrate no evidence of abnormal wall thickening or obstruction
Moderate stool burden within the colon, correlate with history of constipation.

Vasculature: Visualized aorta is normal in caliber. IVC is patent
Lymph nodes: No pathologically enlarged lymph nodes in the abdomen.

Peritoneal space: No free fluid in the abdomen.

Musculoskeletal: Bone marrow signal is within normal limits. Mild multilevel degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine.

To big to pass without breaking it up first or attempting to .. if it cant be then under the knife time .. as long as they stay unobstrutive then no problems ... years ago I was passing stones about every 6 months for 2 1/2 years and peeing black with the worst one ,, Pain like Ive never known .. those things are muther truckers ..
 
2 percocets and 5 extra strength tylenol didnt faze the pain at all
 
Damn ,, time flies when im having fun reading my medical crap .. its 1 am .. past time to put my stones to bed lol

Due to a PCP refferal screw up i got a call 1 hour before my proceedure time ... both proceedures are now rescheduled till April .. WOW ! UNREAL ! Whats next with these freaking doctors ?
