Inherited a 2006 need help with emissions

Try the smog place in Hollywood in the link i posted earlier in the thread - seems all they needed was a VIN? Is that sticker the same for every truck of the same year? Is it a California truck or from out of state?
Ill net thats a hard place to find considering the smog in cali isnt isolated to Hollywood hahaha ..

My brother who does graphic design was offering to do just that. Which is why I'm looking for someone to send a picture of theirs. Last resort but gotta do what you gotta do
If your brother can make them I would be interested in a 2nd one. Let me know if this is something he can make, thanks.

Here they are. Mine was pretty fragile when I took it off to put my K&N intake, I put it on a piece of cardboard and taped it. I tried to take a few pictures, hope it works. And please let me know if your brother can make these, thanks.

For sure I can do that. I don't see any pictures attached....

That's what I was going to ask I think they are year specific from what I read
Ya that's what I read to. Anyone have recommendation for insurance? Should I go through Hagerty? I currently have full coverage through progressive but I feel like it wouldn't pay out what it's actually worth.

My Queen has Grundy with agreed value but she's a Queen and doesn't see the road much so that works for me. Can't be used as a daily and there are some restrictions. With 55k agreed value I pay 705 annual
