Not bad for an medical rap sheet over the last 5 years for a young fart … My tracking BPH and heart rate and walking ( I have over 5 years of records on this insanity … Motivates my trading also hahaha hahahaha ! Call me Forest Gump LT Dan 
Stats 5 years ago from stage 3 hypertension, sepsis and pneumonia and exposed to Covid patient last 4 days in hospital Sept 2021 . March 2023 Stroke , Jan 2025 UTI went Sepsis .
Weight gain all fluid retention built up in about 3 months from around 210 pounds to 316 pound looking like a 9 month pregnant woman ready to pop swollen like a MOFO !
Now Im getting hypotension readings regularly, heart rate is in the range of my whole life , they call it Bradycardia also known as Athletic heart .. My diagnosis for all started with a UTI and went Sepsis in 2021 and not one damn Doctor listened to what I said including other things I told them .. All I can say is WTF ! Doctors will kill you before the ailment I say !
I will stay under 200 easy unless chit happens again I can’t control but screw their BMI Bull chit .. Im 6 ft tall and they say my BMI is 183 pounds .. Hell I would look like a concentration camp prisoner if I lost weight for that BS ..So they list me as over weight hahaha and listed me as Obese when I was pumped up with fluid from congestive heart failure , Sepsis and pneumonia not from pigging out on food … I can write a book of screw ups just in the last 5 years from ďamn near every hospital and doctor I met …

I'm thinking they don't even look at most of the stuff they just order more and get paid for services it's not like old school medicine!! And they change the charts over time so nothing is even as it used to be. The new normal temperature is 97.4 so now i guess we have fevers at 98.6 WHATEVER!!!
I'm sure you aren't overweight at 14.000 steps per day! Maybe just under tall hahaha

I joined the army at 43.....cos I could.....I was army fighting fit at 260lb (118kg). They weren't going to let me in. I rang them up abused them, drove straight over to the base, stormed into the medical centre and the doc went and hid. Had a heated conversation with a Major she thought it was funny. There I was with just a small pair of shorts and no shirt. She couldn't believe I was that heavy. Asked if I had been eating concrete. She admitted they use a Xenical wheel. My ideal weight 206lb (94kg) I told her I was that weight at school. She signed me off with a big apology and I did 3 years in the Teritorial Army (Reserves). Some good times and stories there.

Another law like HIPPA where they can’t share medical records with other medical facilities unless you sign off on them for each facility etc.
With my stroke they would have finished me off doing the procedure If I wasn’t able to hand them my phone with medical info on it about meds etc .. I couldn’t talk to tell them .. it was within probably 1 minute to begin the procedure when I handed the phone and hit the app button .. I heard the guy yell to the others and I went out .. I found out they had to put a hold on the procedure and they had to make a decision to go in and did … without knowing my heart problem or blood thinner meds they would have pumped me up with more thinners and clot drugs and most likely cause me to bleed out internally .
Always make sure you sign off for all medical to every place which I have done with my new primary .. Then keep a record with you , phone but a wrist band or tattoo it across your chest and forehead ..
In NZ because we are small we have a national system. I can look at my medical data in Myindic and any doctor or any hospital can. We get a code and that is your NHI number so any medical clinic or hospital can see where you are at. It is on everything when in the sick bin and they keep asking you for it. For cying out loud it's on the file you are holding in your hand.
Definitely better than the Hippa system …

It’s a Buffettttttt stock and I don’t like Buffet.. Most of what he calls and recommends as value stocks don’t do squat IMO even if you hold for 20 years you won’t get rich ! Just like Coca Cola , Bank of America , to me low end stocks for making money or building long term wealth ..
Like all the billionaire BSers I started out selling bottles of Coca Cola door to door for .10 cents a bottle as a kid hahahaha , Or David Price founder of American Golf corporation and property management who started out by buying his first gold course for $1 from a buddy ..Shits laughable !
