A few vids from Friday night

Friday Night @ PBIR.
Went out to Palm Beach International Raceway, for my first time running the 1/4 in the 10.Went with a few friends and also to run a 500 rwhp lightning that called me out. The lightning guy was a friend of one of my fiends. I figured he was gonna hand me my ass, but no way was I gonna back down. All in all it was a great night. A few forum members also went out, Alex (litemup)he was my coach, George (Blackviper) he was the words of reasoning, as Alex tried to get me to break it or go home . And we had a nice surprise. Tony showed up after picking up a bed cover in Ocala. And we later met Wes and talked shit for an hour. ANyway here's a few vids.

First pass and my best pass of the time. I think it was due to a long delay that let the truck cool way down.

Second pass was with the lightning. Kind of disappointing. It would have been a really good race with my killer 60 ft (1.59 baby!!!), but I guess he had to stop and make a sandwich at the line.

Third pass was a little better than the second, but not as good as the first.

Great times. I don't think the guy in the Lightning had ever been to a dragstrip. LOL
 
Here's the time slips. Notice the 1.59 60 ft and .006 reaction time. Both were on the lightning. :D
All the runs were in full street weight, nothing has been removed.

Nice runs man, on a side note what kind of camera were y'all using I need a new one and that one seems to do pretty good

Lol. I knew you'd ask. ;) Dude, I was shocked. It was on DR's and I was getting ready to throw them out. They're worn down below the wear indicators in the tread. Track prep was great that night.
And I'm gonna need u to not go any faster. You know I'm trying to catch you. :D The only way I see that happening, is a more aggressive tune with meth, cryo'd gears and full slicks. You're gonna make me spend more money. Fucker!!!!

I'm still on stock internals, so only 7psi. Gonna install my meth kit soon and try to get Torrie down here to tune it.

Shooting for an 11.5 next weekend, just waiting for the one piece driveshaft and billet yoke. Hopefully we can meet at PCB in May, show the RC guys what fast is.lol

Thanks, it's actually an older Panasonic High Def camcorder. Model #HDC-SD5

Haha, you know they're already scared. :D Hey, when u go through the traps, how close are you to the rev limiter? I;m assuming you're in tow/haul mode?

I'll check this week, I was looking at A/F gauge and I didn't pay attention but I thought about 5700- 5800 with the slicks on previous runs. I'll let you know next week. What's up with the Dolphins owner, didn't they learn anything with Saban?

Two out of my four runs, I didnt let off quick enough and I bounced off the rev limiter. That's not a good thing, while it's under full boost. Or at least, i dont think it is. How tall all ur slicks?

Yeah, the Dolphins dont learn from their mistakes. They need to pay Bill Cowher what he wants and give him full reign. If not, no way will he come.

oh i know. Its weird though, i know your suppose to leave on the last yellow, but it defently looks like you defently left before the green.
