Your are ABSOLUTELY correct about that. After I got it back from Petty's I had to take it in for the dealer to do the Pre-delivery inspection (mandatory). I had to read this service chick the RIOT act. I had the doors open and she's pokin' around with a godam CIGARETTE hangin' out of her snout...ashes and stink goin' right in the car...

No common sense left in the world that for sure....you should have also drilled the manger on that one.....
