If you have one available that would be great!! Just to be sure, we are talking about a flexplate to use on the 04 Gen3 viper eng in the RC, correct? With crank trigger cutouts?

I am back about swapping to the auto trans in the 04. MSD has a pulley mounted crank trigger kit, but it is for an even fire engine[5 magnets for 10 cylinders] Any chance I could use 2 plates and couple them 18' offset, for 10 magnets odd fire? Would one pickup sensor be able to read all 10...

A friend of mine has the KLR650 and he loves it, Had a couple of the Suzuki singles and was happy with them until he got the KLR. Swears by it now, reliable and able to take him just about anywhere.

I am trying to findout the exact part # for the 05 QC flexplate. I have a 544AA0485A flexplate supposedly from an 05 QC. I also need to get the spacer plate center piece that goes with this flexplate, any one have info on these items? Any ideas on relocating the crank trigger to the front...

Do you still have the flex plate and spacer? Any idea on shipping cost to Phx?

Nobody has a stock 04 RC flywheel not being used? I need to have a sample for the machinists to build a flexplate, don't want to lay up our truck prematurely.

Still trying to follow a couple other thoughts, waiting for Tony to check with his machinists about the flexplate. I may have to find an 04 flywheel to use as a template if we don't want to remove ours. Anybody got a worn out one, they have not yet discarded and replaced? Here are a few photos...
