Flexplate part #

I am trying to findout the exact part # for the 05 QC flexplate. I have a 544AA0485A flexplate supposedly from an 05 QC.
I also need to get the spacer plate center piece that goes with this flexplate, any one have info on these items?
Any ideas on relocating the crank trigger to the front pulley, pros-cons, kits available?
I am unable to PM, maybe I don't have enough posts, BlackMamba50 had a flexplate and center piece a while back. Not sure of the part #, or if he still has it or not.
