Is there any of you guys in south FL who could help me out through this process? Maybe even coming to look at a couple of the srt 10's I've been seeing for sale? Would be awesome to have someone on my side who knows what they're talking about.
Yeah, just a truck for fun. I would probably end up driving it a lot more than I think, because I'll be so excited about it. But with intent on it being the 2nd vehicle for "toying" purposes.
My main driver will still be a QX56 infiniti, so I don't really care for a quad cab (I think) but I do care for automatic over manual (never drove manual believe it or not, heh). But the guy a few above says 12k for his change, wowee. I was thinking more like 6-7k when I added up assumed costs...
Yeah I had seen this one earlier. It mentions a couple little things, but looks like most people are simply posting what they consider the best based on what they have. One guy said 05 is better than 04, but nothing is as good as 06. Lol, but I don't see specifics as to why that would be true...
I wanted to make a custom center console, and have the automatic be some sort of a push-buttom shifter maybe. I didn't really start designing it much yet since I hadn't convinced myself this is the route I wanted to go.
I am trying to find on the forums somewhere where differences between years are compared. I found a few here and there, but no compilation (maybe it doesn't exist).
I'm in the market to get my first srt 10, and am very excited, but am trying to decide the basic decisions first... (rc or qc...
Anyone done this on here? I know most srt10 fanatics would start throwing up all over themselves for ruining the integrity of a rare vehicle, etc, but I'm just trying to decide if rc or qc is right for me, and I'm thinking given my needs I am better suited for an automatic trans.
So what do...
I'm interested in buying an SRT10 and would love to meet someone who owns one. I've looked at one recently at a dealership.
If anyone would be interested in meeting up, I would appreciate it! Send me a message.
Oh I'm sorry. I'm new, have mercy. I only know "Hennessey" because a corvette lover in my office mentioned it to me as a known Viper performance company. I know nothing else about them beyond that.
I'll scratch that word from my vocabulary =)
If I was you, I would hate people like me. Because I don't know much about any of this, and here I am shooting off like "I want a performance truck, blah blah blah" but clearly don't understand the intricacies of what makes it all work. So allow me to preface by saying I really appreciate...
