I've got an 05 QC with a bad Oil Temp gauge. I've seen quite a few for sale here, but haven't been able to snag one. Let me know if you're looking to part with one.
Had mine done recently. I took the rims in w/out the tires. Found out that the original coating is powdercoat with a clear coat over it. The powdercoater had to chemically remove the powdercoat...wouldn't blast them because it will damage the raw aluminum...so they said...didn't charge me...
Here is the link to Tator's current inventory. Looks like an '05 RC for $37,500...only 18 mi on it. Too much money with the market the way it is now. Two years ago it would have been a good deal.

If you guys have a group going to the Sacramento Raceway--let me know. Wednesday night is good for all--Wednesday is Street Legal Drags--or the High School Drags as we use to call them. It's just about 15 minutes from my place to the track. You may even be able to get SRTBRAD up here. He ran...
I got a set at 11K and I have 17K on the truck now. I love em. The hardest part for me was finding a tire shop that had them in stock. I found a Big O store here in Sacramento that just happens to keep a couple sets of them on hand. I couldn't even get them from Tirerack at the time. They...
Where is SRTBRAD on this??? He took a 427R twice on the strip at Sacramento Raceway back in October, I believe. It was close, but he took him. This was in his red QC.
Rabbit---I've got an x-pipe which runs into two Magnaflow resonators, one on top one on the bottom...no muffler. The sound is great---nice and deep with the right amount of rumble!
It was great to met up with SRTBRAD...that must have been a heck of a drive for 5 hours, giver or take, of racing. But it was fun. The first run was up against the brand new blue Ford Mustang. This was the 427R Rousch model. SRTBRAD ran a 13.40 against the Ford's 13.47. Great to see...
How 'bout it Annu...you gonna make it out to Sac? I sent a PM to SRTBRAD and am hoping to meet up with him at the strip, perhaps before. It would be great to get a few of us out there tonight!
I noticed the previous thread on your installation. Since you are installing on an RC, I didn't bother with my input. I installed the CalTracs on my '05 QC at the same time I was installing the X-Metal lowering/handling kit. I didn't have the problems you seem to have had, except for the...
I removed the stock muffler and resonator and replaced them with an X-pipe and two Magnaflow resonators with two real nice stainless Magnaflow tips. The sound is real nice. A good deep, low rumble. Not quite like the old HEMI, but definitely not like a V-6.
BlackKnight--I purchased the X-Metal kit along with a set of CalVert traction bars. I, like you, did it myself. But literally by myself...with a little jack and jackstand help from my 9 year old son. My set up is the same as yours with the stock shackles, although I do have an 05 QC. I'm not...
Sorry everyone...it's taken me awhile to get back to this thread. I received a PM from moparracing today regarding the specifics on the pads. I'll be honest, I didn't pay much attention to the part #'s, etc. I was just exited to get something on the truck that worked. I got the pads from a...
