Well took my truck to the tranny shop today because it was really feeling sloppy, 2nd gear band is hooped so I am looking to rebuild. Can someone suggest the best parts and upgrades for it. Also would like recommendations on a converter for it.

I used borg warner clutches in mine and so far it seems great. Also have a transgo shift kit and im just rockin a rebuilt converter
Your baby is good minus the tranny issue, I haven't done anything with it yet, just waiting for all the parts to get here. I have a tranny guy that is going to do the build on it for me. It is still driveable just not as tight as it should be.

That is good to hear. I still miss it; actually watched the video the other day when it was being loaded on the transport truck.
It is an awesome truck, I lucked out when I got it. Only 42,000 miles on it so far.
