I have a regular 1 car garage and my qc fits in there to where I can get out comfortably. Has a 7'h x 9'w garage door. Inside measurements are 10'9x 23'6". That's pretty much standard down here for a 1 car garage, at least on the older houses. I do see newer houses where they call them garages but more like storage spaces.

Best looking car port I ever did see! Thats a cool piece.

Garages today suck, unless you build a house to your specs and you consider the garage. Seems a double around here is about 21 X 21, which I would consider a single that is too short.

21x21 would be huge compared to what is offered here in Atlanta. Some of the places I looked at wouldn't even fit my Dakota inside. Most people just park outside and fill the garage with junk since hardly anyone has a basement.
