Does anyone know the part # for the viper ignition key that will work for a 2004 srt10 ram.

It doesn't exist, however with some ingenuity you can make it work. You secure one of your chipped keys in the steering column area so the module still receives the signal and use the Viper head key like normal. I will get a part number for you shortly.

I agree, the sentry feature prevented mine from being stolen awhile back. If i had the mod being described here, my truck would be gone.

You still retain factory alarm just not chipped key feature too. If they want your truck, they'll get it regardless of anti theft.

Many of us think being our trucks came with a viper engine we should've have Viper badging, keys, etc instead of ugly ram heads

Just pick up an extra Ram key that has the chip, cut the rubber off the key and inside youll find a clear plastic box with a tiny black RFID chip in it. Remove the black chip and do the reverse process with the Viper key. Then program it as normal and there you go. You get the Viper key, your factory Sentry Key (or whatever Dodge calls it) and youre good to go. As long as your handy with a razor its a pretty easy surgery.
