What makes you happy after all these years?

For me, material things don't do it - my family (especially my wife) is it. We've been thru ALOT, but thru it all - she's still my best friend after 26 yrs of marriage.

Very cool thread. Congrats on the 26 years, that's not too common these days.

Thing that keep me ticking are Friends, Family, & God. When it all hits the fan, thats really all you have left :)
 
My family, the fact that I'm someday going to make a grandson very happy when he inherits my truck and the 31 Ford.

Most of all my wife, we hit 40 years in April.
 
lots of things i suppose....but God and Family and friends...all of you even the ones that think i dont like them i love all of you very much and would piss on any of you if you were to catch fire!!!!!!

i really love my wife....

i prolly don't say it enough...

fu(k you guys if it came down to it...

but yeah...god...for bringing me alisha...

and then family, alcohol, and a sense of humor:D
 
my 2 boys and my awesome wife....shes been with me throughout my 4 deployments and help me deal with the craziness that comes after them... and my good friends.......
 
Family and friends come first. then fast cars or trucks or the work that goes into building one. nuthing better than turning wrenches on a project. so glad my pops got me into that when i was 14. Me and the wife hit 17 years this past October. Dont know what i'd do without her.
 
What makes me happy ? ......................hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
being with friends,playing with my dog,off-roading,helping others,wrenching on anything,building anything-with metal or with wood,completing projects,shooting guns,a good bed at the end of a long day,dry-mild weather,sunsets,calls and emails from friends,riding my Harley,listening to good music,making others happy
 
Going into a unknown forest and ripping down trees with my partners.

Better yet replanting.

give for what we take in life and it all becomes a cycle :)

being an american and working with my hands, being free, great friends and family to love.

smelling fresh gasoline in the morning.

Best of all just to wake up and enjoy the small things in life people overlook everyday.
 
Family is everything! I love my OL and 4 boys more than I can even express. My Brothers spread across the world who I can always count on. A sticky bud. And miles of blacktop to get in the wind and blow my troubles away.
 
driving anything fast... Torque in general.

Being loud as hell. Messing with cops.

Playing with my kids. Going out with my wife. Getting babied by my wife.
