It is really not that difficult to do yourself. I just did Bassani's and a full exhaust and it took me, by myself with no special tools or a lift, about 4 hours to take the old stuff off and put the new stuff on. With the tires off and the fender wells out it makes it EXTREMELY easy.

I would take it. I didn't buy my truck to sit in the garage and look pretty. Unless you leased it or plan on selling it in the near future, who cares about the mileage.
