Any aftermarket diff cover wont do any good. Banks did the most extensive videos on you tube on what goes on hack there. He has patent pending on his bank's ram air diff cover with many benefits. So if your thinking of something maybe send banks a email about your diff cover.
I found this on the wiring doesnt look stock to me. This goes into the trailer wiring connector. But I dont know if this is still causing my reverse lights not to work and keeps popping fuses. At this point I'm looking to pay someone local to me who can fix this for me. Someone who has gone thru...
I feel the same way you do I been checking what makes sense to check I haven't been in the rear of the truck or checked the trailer hitch plug. What makes sense is if I replace the fuse the lights will work. For a bit so power is flowing and going to ground just somewhere it's shorting before...
I did change the blown 15 amp fuse taillights worked for a bit and then fuse blown went thru like 5 reverse lights switch work for a bit and then blows the fuse.
I took a quick notice to the trailer plug in but havent tested it. Can I find that schematic online to see what I'm supposed to look for i.e. power, ground, continuity.
2005 regular cab bought used reverse lights didn't work. Tried to fix it by changing the reverse switch worked for a few days gave out. Tested the wiring from the switch didn't blow the fuse wiring should be ok. Changed the reverse lights are ok. Changed the rear lights to l.e.d. did the...
If I were to upgrade I would say in my opinion is to go with the slotted rotors. I'm basing this on the newer models vipers hellcats ect. If it makes a difference with those cars wouldn't hurt to install those rotors on our trucks.
I just purchased a nos set of viper powered hood emblems my truck did not have them when I bought it. I would like to put them on as close as factory location. That being said any member would like to help and measure there's and pass that info please.
I message bilstein they said it was a contract they had with those trucks can't buy OEM they do have superceded parts wich have a new part number may be better. I was looking into that the way I bought the truck they installed kyb cheap black ones.
