Sunroof drain tubes are the number one culprit there (if equipped with a sunroof)

Tough to get in gear (Shifting issues)

The first thing I would do is bleed the clutch hydraulics. I have fixed numerous shifting issues in several trucks by doing this. I'm not saying there isn't a mechanical failure of some kind, however I'd do this first because it takes a little amount of time and costs you next to nothing...

    Air bag recall. Again.....

Getting closer! But still an hour and a half is longer than normal.

    Air bag recall. Again.....

If the people that told you the dash needs to come out work at the dealership, DON'T GO TO THAT DEALER!!! It 100% doesn't need to come out and takes 45 minutes to complete.

    Air bag recall. Again.....

Dash removal is not necessary to complete this recall. Both air bag recalls are very easy to do and take under an hour for each. Is something possibly getting broken on your truck worth more than your life? (potentially)

    Corrosion on 1 plug

What part of the plug has corrosion on it? Excessive soot in the exhaust hole could be a sign of a leaking injector causing extra fuel to get in that cylinder and not get a complete burn.
