Mine are Hennessey R7s and they are made by IForged (Sprints). I had to replace one thru IForged when I picked up the set used. It cost me $900 for one rim from IForged.
To clarify: I am talking only about my "7 spoke" wheels. It looks like the ones on the truck are 6 spokes, not 7.
IForged makes the 7 spoke as the "Sprint" model. Hennessey puts his center cap in them (marks the price up) and calls them "R7". I run them on my Viper.
From the photos it looks like this truck has the "6 Spoke" version, also made by IForged as the "Flux" model.
I spent 8-10 months out of every year deployed for about 8 years. I missed so much that I will NEVER get back.
If I were still active duty and my country needed me there I wouldn't hesitate to go. If it were a choice (like you seem to have) it would be a different story. Then I would not go. ;)
I traded for a Supercharged GTS and have never regretted it. The truck is awesome but the car is my dream. Good luck and go with the one that makes your blood pump when you fire it up.
FWIW, DLM does some killer performance work on Vipers. I'd check and see exactly what has been done...
Switch the collar batteries to the more powerful "lithium" type and hit him harder with the shocker. :D :D :D
I'm just kidding, lol. Sounds like you and the other posters are already on top of it. Good luck.;)
To the OP. I too have been around here for a LONG time. So take this post for what it's worth (probably not much in the grand scheme of things).:D
I bought a lot of stuff from Gary at X-Metal back in the day. I even referred friends to him for parts. Some members here had problems with his...
Welcome back SB. That's a nice BB GTS although (as mentioned) their price is a little bit high.
Black1. I have never heard of that issue. My GTS does not leak a drop and neither does anyone else's that I know of (I know several people with GTSs). RT/10s are the ones that are leak prone with...
LOL, I have a place in the Old Rich People area but I think there are an aweful LOT of Rednecks living there too. :D
ps. I was born and raised in Alabama so I am qualified to determine who's a Redneck and who isn't. :D
If it has a BG or DC Perf pcm it should have a sticker on the pcm saying "For Offroad Use only" or something to that effect. If it has been tuned with the SCT you probably won't be able to tell.;)
