Just thought i would give ya a little history on where it came from.
This info is in reference to...
I have the clear third brake light on my 2500 and all the lights are leds including the cargo lights. Its made by Bully.
The cargo light is kind of bluish light and not very bright and the brake light is bright red
I talked to my tech and he said to take the clamp on the rubber boot off and it should pull apart.
Also on the vibrating issue: Make sure all the U-joints are lined up along both drive shafts as if they are lined up like +x it will cause a vibration.
There are bolts along the top along the windshield.
I believe two bolts on each side of the dash. (left and right)
A couple on the bottom middle of the dash.
And you have to drop the column down.
You dont have to disconnect the speedo or any wiring. The dash only needs to be moved away...
Yea the dash has to be pulled. You just have to unbolt it and move it back basically setting it on the seat. If its your first time probly take 2-3 hours.
It sounds like its the recirc. housing that needs to be replaced. If you remove the blower motor and a door falls out its probly the problem. The recirc. door is right above the blower motor and if it breaks off and falls down it can block the air flow. Like Stinker and Santeen said...
I would say if you put your stock suspension on then check all of it to make sure the axle is on the leaf springs straight. It sounds like the pinion angle is wrong or the rear axle isnt on the leafs straight.
i think you can leave a couple of the tab on and cut the flat piece off. Then use the 3M double sided tape to attach it to the grille. Then after its on use a zip tie around the tabs that are still on the emblem.
