I have been reading the thread but I havent seen what pully you are using on the paxton. if you are using the stock one of course you are going to make small lbs. I had one made and made 12lbs of boost. I would get a smaller pully before I said it cant flow. also the boost numbers are on ported...

dude my SRT 8 wagon does the same thing wouldn't brag about that lol. these motors are great and i love my wife's wagon. but if you are going to boost that 6.1 better think about forging the whole thing, seen alot of these motors let go pretty quick when you start boosting.
