Some people are more susceptible to the effects of caffeine.Add to it aspirin and it magnifies the effect.Add ephedra or pseudo-ephedrine and all of them work together to make the effects of each more pronounced.It is called stacking. Used to do it long ago to get through heavy lifting...

Have no idea for TX,but lots of small,independent stations offer it here in VA. Look for your small town,out of the way gas stations.Probably never gonna see it at big ones close to interstates.
