depends.. you said water temp rose to 245 right? At that temp its only a matter of time before things goes wrong, even a few seconds can be detrimental. Im not a viper expert by any means but I do know general mechanics. Either way thats just my opinion sounds like somthing failed and the end...
holy crips that sounded nasty... dont fire that thing up untill some here gives sound advice
245* is not normal something happened... it could be a dozen different things. The abnormal "noise" sounds like like valve train is off maybe a cam bearing or even main i would change the oil...
Damn sorry to hear this, From what ive heard around these parks you a tuff ol' son-of-a-gun and im positive you can beat this! Stay strong and let us know how your doin from time to time. Good luck
SWEET! Thanks for representing the Viper Trucks you picked the biggest baddest truck out there and I wish you luck in the future! Now go show them how its done!!
WOW! Im very impressed as a gear head I could only imagine the skill it takes! Nice work my man that kind of craftsmenship gives guys like me insperation
Ok guys found this "sleeper" today....well its a beast allright but when I saw the hoosiers it kinda takes the "sleeper" part away from it. Check out the rubber this guy leaves behind. Its Nelson by the way so you knoww its bad-ass  Part 2 is longer and more detailed if intrested...
I plan on pouring some in my tank tom. morning on the way to a car show. Im kinda hesitant to pour it through the intake just because I dont want all that crud it cleans on my O2 sensors. Im sure it would be fine though, no way im pouring it into my oil
Looks frigin' AWSOME! I would like to know more about the process involved. Is the intake "dipped" (I dont know the correct term)? 400 would be way to cheap to be actual carbon fiber...i think :dontknow:
RC It all depends on how you drive them. If you granny shift and take it easy I can get 20 on the highway unless I go over 65. Around town...maybe 9-12
