In NJ there are several laws that require the registered owner of a vehicle to ID the driver of their vehicle, if they are claiming it was not them, after recieving a ticket in the mail. One of them is passing a stopped school bus. I had a call at work where a parent filming her son boarding...

Then the person following is at fault for tailgating...:p
