yes its insulated yes it has heat no toilet. maybe i'll add on later. i guess i should have because the wife said if had running water out there she would stay in it. maybe i'll run the water hose out there and see if that is good enough.:D

my buddie has one of there F-650's in the show. I'm just going to look and party. I'll be at the MGM grande. There is a mexican resteraunt right next to the mgm we will probably be there tuesday night. They have margaritas by the yard.
