No, we should be able to etch that just fine. We do a lot of plexiglas computer case sides that are about that thick and they look really cool.

I like it! Very original idea and well done. You know what we could do to enhance your idea...we could lazer etch a logo (FANG, SRT-10, ETC) in it, and then maybe even edge light it with LEDs...that might be kinda neat.

I was putzing around a little this weekend and found a few items that I thought someone might need. I have one brand new rocker cover gasket, 2 factory rear spring shackles and two factory rear shocks off my QC. The shocks have maybe 10,000 miles on them. If any one wants/needs any of these...

Patrick, I bought a 2500 Express a year ago and love it. You can put overloads etc on it to carry a little more weight, but a 3500 is more than just a little bigger springs. If you think you're going to exceed the capability of a 3/4 ton, step up to a 1 ton...IMHO.
