i was thinking last night and this crossed my mind. With this mileage you could have dirty injectors that are causing a lean condition leading to detonatation. I would take the truck to a dealership for a fuel injector flush or at a minimum run a few cans of the fuel additive cleaner to the...
Truck made it home yesterday and gets a lot of attention. Chris and Tony went way above and beyond on making this all work out and I couldn't be happier with the whole transaction. Thank you to both of you.
It is still around just doesn't get much attention anymore. Other repairs turned into big projects and have bumped finishing the QC for now. I had to go to 24" tires on it because there are no options for wide tires in 22".
Sean found a way to get a twin screw supercharger on our trucks and I give him credit for that. I don't see any real options for the kit to be any different than it is now and still be reasonabley priced and still be a bolt-on mod. Some of the downfalls of the system are the fact that there is...
I agree with this 100%. Probably not going to get a high price on eBay - I would look at an upscale consignment shop or advertising in a venue that is more targeted towards someone that is a collector and sees the value of the low mileage original condition. You can get top dollar if you are...
It is hard to question your financial strategy without knowing all the details but I will say look at the long term costs because getting into a longer term loan to lower your monthly payments is not a sound financial move. If your truck is in good working order and you expect it to last the...

A few more mock up pictures. This is the 4.5L Whipple on top of the modified intake. We will be making a new top plate to the manifold that will accommodate the bypass valve so the supercharger will sit on a 1" aluminum top plate versus the Roe 3/8" plate. This will most likely require...
