who tuned the truck? They may have disabled the rear O2 sensors and the state is picking up on that and failing you. Not sure about the evap issue although there seem to be a lot of posts about problems with the evap setup.

I would suspect an under dash connection that feeds the gauge. If alternator were bad you would still see battery voltage on meter.

If you are at all concerned about the condition of the supercharger the head unit can be sent to PSE. They do an inspection for around $175.00. Well worth the peace of mind.
