That's awesome Jeff! Keep going, your body will thank you. Hope your other issues are doing better as well. I've been able to drop three pant sizes so far.
Hate to hear that. I'm glad you said this, I was thinking about getting a rear sway bar with the brand you mentioned. Let us know how it works out for you.
McGaughy is the brand I used, 2.5 front, 5.0 rear, or 4.5 rear, don't remember. Looks good though, has a forward rake to it. So was it cheaper to piece meal the parts?
I forget the brand of lowering kit I have, but it came with everything. Surprised yours didn't. When I had the camber/castor bushings added to the front due to the lowering, they squeaked real bad, even if I opened the door. Had to shave about an 1/8 inch off of the metal housings. No more...
Check out this website for parts. Great quality.

As for the headers, why not just get them ceramic coated? Not as bulky, plus with the wrap, you might impact the steering knuckle again...
Good to hear it's running right. Did you trim the bolt down, and ensure no harnesses are touching? As for the plastic rivets, contact X2 Builders here in the States. They salvage SRT10's, Vipers, GT Mustangs, Vettes.
This is fantastic news, Jeff! Keep heading in the right direction. Since July, I've now lost 60 lbs doing the low carb, and feeling much better. I was on three BP meds, and the doc has now taken two of them off the menu for me :)
I see your bottom helper spring is removed. I had to do the same when I lowered mine, and installed the traction bars. They kept hitting the bars, plus it lowered the rear a tad more. My truck is raked, not level like some I've seen. Looks kinda sexy, LOL!
