Thanks to Jon B at Parts Rack for quick delivery on a head gasket. Turned out he had two looose head bolts, almost no torque. Replaced the gasket, torqued the bolts and good to go. Maybe someone had an off day at the factory. Were the truck motors built at CAAP as well and shipped to Mexico...

Popped the plastic piece off the bottom of the dash and low and behold the plug was laying on the carpet. Snapped it back into the back of the power port and problem solved.

The "cigarette lighter" in the ash tray area is dead, no juice. I checked the fuses and they all look fine. Any ideas? How do I get behind that area of the dash to make sure the connections look ok?

BTW - It is his daily driver and he's got about 60K on the clock.

My dad called this morning to say he thinks he has a head gasket leaking on his 05 quad. Antifreeze dripping down the back of the block. Anyone else?
