Try doing research on Permastar. I remember Prof had his done and they came out fabulous. I have three OEMs that were done that way. I may need to send them back for a re-do since I also have a 4th OEM that wasn't done. If I don't send them all I will risk one not quite matching the other three.

I'd be interested in hood pins. Sometimes I think I need them. I hate my CF hood by VIS. Too light. The OEM shocks are too strong. The shocks push up more than needed resulting in an ugly gap between hood and fender. I wouldn't mind going back OEM or getting one of those new generation...

Carbon fiber wrap?!?!? No that's a real carbon fiber hood. I just left the raised part unpainted. It's the first 10 on the forum with a real CF hood, installed August 2008.
