Ya, between my 3 vehicles I'm at like $1,000 a year in registration fees.

With registration being about $400 a year on the truck, a Montana LLC is sounding pretty good right about now.

Nope didn't get the tag, just had to have the vin verification done by CHP. I did however find enough pictures of the emissions label for it to be recreated, we just haven't printed it yet.

Got my plates today, what a headache. They wanted $130 in late penalties to but I was able to get that waived.

I wonder if they changed locations because of the hood scoop. I didn't see anything behind the hood insulation but I can check again, I didn't pull it off.

He posted the 2216AB which replaced the 2216AA. I don't know what else is different besides that.

Actu Actually the one that ends in AA is vin specific. The bar code scans in last 10 digits of the vin and printed is last 8

I found another on a sale website. Looks like the original version of the label but it's the clearest I've seen. We have enough now to get the label recreated I think.

Ya that's what I read to. Anyone have recommendation for insurance? Should I go through Hagerty? I currently have full coverage through progressive but I feel like it wouldn't pay out what it's actually worth.

Darn, I don't think it will work then for my 2006. If you send those pictures to https://autodatalabels.com/ they can make a new one. I just don't have a clear picture of a 2006 label yet.
