As for the tranny, I have no idea but mine sometimes does that but shifts normal. Ask Rotten Ronnie he knows more about the 10's internals.

All SRT vehicles typically run hot my 10's temp also fluctuates to 210 but trust the big cooling radiator fan to tame the heat. That is normal.
