    Depends on what kind of budget your on. There's Cal max Qa1 Jri(Tony's) Ride tech You can get bilsteins too but you to measure the lower eye bolt distance and figure out how much travel you want for a shortened shock. Ride tech is kinda the same . Any shocks with a shorter shaft will ride...

    i used the 3m black urethane when i put all my cladding back on. i used the eraser wheel on the back of my cladding but i went real slow with it.

    i would install all the poly bushings in the kit. what shocks are you using and how many miles on them.

    make sure to use the oem metal exhaust gaskets, the other gaskets burn out and start to leak. Also locktite all the header bolts. Let us know what other questions you have.

    Just my luck

    I would buff it first and then if you have to repaint it at least its one panel. I would just come out of pocket rather than using my insurance

    polyurethane don't break down like rubber due to the elements. the tolerance is so tight your not going to get anything in there but grease to get the bushings in the control arms. You'll be fine

    06 with DJM lower control arms?

    Did you get the 2 or 3" lower control arms? Did you remove the oem bump stops completely and add a small poly bump stop? What are the qa1's set on up front? Are you still running the 305/40/22 tires?
