I noticed when I put the bed back on I may need to notch a section of the bed frame that is right above the rear end shock. It looks like I only have about 2mm clearance. I'll knock that out when I remove the bed to paint it.
If its at a dealer, have them do a compression test, leak down test and bore scope the cylinders for damage, I'm sure its only making 5,6psi.
How many miles on the truck?
Since the truck is a QC you may want to look at the drive shaft hanger bearing before you buy shims. And check all the hardware for the universal joints and tranny mount.
It hasn't hit yet, but I haven't gotten an alignment yet, plus I need to trim the inner fender liner so it doesn't make contact with MMW uca mounts.
my wheels are 22's the fronts are 11" wide with a 295/30/22
Got most of the rear end finished up, I plan to run the rear sway bar facing the rear so I can run my Jlt super 60 drag bars. On the Rc the rear end the axle mounts made contact with the sway bar
I went with this design, because mounts get welded to the axle housing eliminating the flexing...
With some help of Mr hunt and Mr Zury and joe , we did the rear c notch, rear brake line bracket relocation, rc rear end shock mount tabs, and a few other things
