I noticed when I put the bed back on I may need to notch a section of the bed frame that is right above the rear end shock. It looks like I only have about 2mm clearance. I'll knock that out when I remove the bed to paint it.

I got most of the suspension stuff done minus the drag bar mounts welded on. Got the rear section of the frame all cleaned up and painted.

If its at a dealer, have them do a compression test, leak down test and bore scope the cylinders for damage, I'm sure its only making 5,6psi. How many miles on the truck?

Since the truck is a QC you may want to look at the drive shaft hanger bearing before you buy shims. And check all the hardware for the universal joints and tranny mount.

why put a wide band in it if the trucks NA, are you running NOS? I prefer the steering column pod instead.

It hasn't hit yet, but I haven't gotten an alignment yet, plus I need to trim the inner fender liner so it doesn't make contact with MMW uca mounts. my wheels are 22's the fronts are 11" wide with a 295/30/22

Got most of the rear end finished up, I plan to run the rear sway bar facing the rear so I can run my Jlt super 60 drag bars. On the Rc the rear end the axle mounts made contact with the sway bar I went with this design, because mounts get welded to the axle housing eliminating the flexing...

I got some different front springs made up at a local place with a spring rate of 1100 compared to 695-697ish stock springs

I cut off the oem upper control arm mounts so i could install the Michigan metal work taller uca mounts that are offset away from the headers.

With some help of Mr hunt and Mr Zury and joe , we did the rear c notch, rear brake line bracket relocation, rc rear end shock mount tabs, and a few other things
