My dad was t-boned in his truck last year and we had recently replaced a ton of parts. With some arguing they paid the book value plus what parts and labor for what we had literally just finished a week before. Good luck.
It usually helps a ton. I'd have it flushed and all new fluid put in and bled. Condensation in these systems WILL ruin a slave if it gets below freezing. Mine blew in 18 degrees last January.
I think SRT2SLOW was clear that a stock ride height 10 wasn't possible. Not that a custom lifted one wasn't........
