If you really want to stay with the automatic, why not sell the Motor and get yourself a 2005 Automatic. Dont Forget, not only the flexplate is a Problem, also the bellhousing will not perfectly match with the Transmission. You will leave 1 bolt out for adapting it. If i were you, just...

Yes, you can interchange them, but you would need the 2006 spindle i guess to make it fit. The only question is....., Why ???? There should be other aftermarket Solutions to have a better brake caliper than to swap with SRT10 parts which are rare and quit expensive.
