Your rubber cap gasket is probably stuck to the radiator neck. It's not letting the fluid move into and out of the recovery bottle. Just had a similar problem with my TJ Wrangler.
Well if you need to get rid of it ASAP I'll take it off your hands. It would definitely have a good home. Just had to sell my truck and I'm ready to hang my self.
The time to do the 2 tests is when the plugs are out. Make sure he labels the old plugs as to what cylinder they came out of. The first Dodge dealer I worked for had us do a compression test on all trade in inspections. No matter how many miles or how good it ran.
Make sure you do a compression & leak down tests. Also read the old spark plugs when they come out. Be careful removing the plug wires. If any are damaged the intake manifold must come off to get at the other end.
It's a little LOUD for me. The color is sweet. I think it looks better without all the engine covers.
The scooter is another story. That thing would give you a wedgy that you'd never forget. Lol On the roads around here that tail fin would split your pelvis like a pistachio.
