Then it's factory. You need to find another dealer that knows what they are doing. Although I'm sure that they are not totally incompetent not every shop knows what they are doing with one of these trucks. I'm sure some places have never even seen one let alone worked on one.
I'm digging that blue one also. For $5K they could have done a better job on that steering wheel.
Still on the fence about the blue & silver one. That seller is definitely proud of the seat.
I would build it before it blows. Definitely get the crank keyed with ATI ballancer. Billet main caps would not hurt either. Good forged pistons & H beam rods are a must. My rebuild was just over $10K without the key or main caps. Mine needed a head & front cover so just that was $1,500. If you...
Now that I think about it. His bike was a regular Rocker that he put chrome covers on. Then traded the chrome stuff for black with a customer. Then he painted the power train black. That dude sure can piss money away. Lol
Oddly enough we had another Rocker C come in with the exact same paint set.
Many vehicle manufacturers use this method. Years ago I seen it done at the Harley Davidson plant in York PA. They clamp a device on the master cylinder minus the lid or cap. It's a flat plate with rubber on the side that touches the master cylinder opening. It has 2 hoses going to it. One for...
4 years?
Would think time rather than mileage took it's toll on them. That and heat cycling. Just guessing. My O. E. Stuff looked like shit after 10 years.
No death cool. Google or You tube it.
That is for GM junk. Lol
I made that mistake years ago. Luckily it was on my Jeep. Nothing bad happened but I changed it out after realizing it was the wrong stuff.
Sounds like it is way over due for a cooling system service. Now is a good time to replace all the 10 year old hoses and thermostat.
1. Drain the crap coolant
2. Add flush with water bleeding all the air out.
3. Drive it a little too circulate everything. Make sure you don't over heat it.
4...
If the fluid level keeps dropping and you can't find any external leaks the slave cylinder is the problem. Had the same thing happen to my truck. The fluid level dropped until the master cylinder got air bound. Then the clutch would not release causing the trans not to go in gear. Bled the...
Sometimes a hot head (no coolant/pun intended) will peg the gauge sometimes not.
Drove more than one car with the temperature gauge pegged & not a lick of heat coming out the heater due to no coolant in the head. In 20 degree weather of course.
