I had a friend paint a set of my Dodge Ram center caps black, and they lasted for a year but now they are peeling. I went to see if a body shop could redo them but they stated that it probably would last only a year also. Do anyone have any for sale?

Pics Here are some pictures of the 2 rims. I didn't have anything wet to clean off the brake dust, that's the stuff that is all over rims. I did use a dry towel to get off as much as I could so the rashes on each rim could be visible.
