Heh Scott just curious any reason in particular you prefer the 15 50 weight oil over the 0 4 0 oe recommended oil at least my book stated the 0 40 that's what I have used since i purchased the truck :confused:
The Welshm was correct the belt was not lined up correctly kept installing a little off alignment it would run over water pump pulley a bit too much to the rear i moved it up and this annoyance seems over for now .....thanks for the advice
I have taken the darn thing off like 4 times in last year but hey anything is possible my friend anytips on installing the belt at this point I'm willing to double triple check everything

lol chirp chirp chirp but why would it stop with a squirt of pb blaster on power steering pulley not belt the center of pulley I doubt it's the water pump it's very quiet with flatehead screw driver and piece of hose as a hearing tool

Could it be the actually power steering pump bearings that could of gone bad when I drove it dry when the one fitting I'm sure we all have changed the one ontop went bad on me looking back at this all the chirp and squeal all started after that issue idk I'm just guessing man I'm frustrated...
That I didn't check but since it's an 06 I figured I was safe with that issue of that bolt coming loose so iron affliction your saying after it was all said and done you just put a new belt on and it stopped because my belt is brand new almost 2 months old Goodyear quiet gatorbelt
