None of the items marked are stock. CAI is a volant with a hood scoop. Catch can and breather, but can’t tell what brand it may be, possibly JMB. The fuse box just got some fancy emblems as well as the radiator cover. By the looks of it I’m almost positive everything else is pretty much stock.

Check for vacuum leaks. A common one is the small hose under the throttle body.
