The picture above is an old conceptual drawing. GM has kept the hood pretty well covered up, but there are signs of a larger hood scoop than the ZO6 and side vents. The Detroit auto show is supposed to be the unavailing.

These plugs have been talked about on the Vette forums. One member had is modded and tuned C6 dynoed with those plugs and found no gains. Starting at post #75 Link Another speed shop is supposed to do their own independent test of these plugs on a bone stock C6 but that hasn't happened yet...
I work until 4 that day. But I work a couple hundred feet down the road from that Harley dealer too, stop by my dealer Reichert. I can swing by after I get off.
I think I understand that a little better. BTW, I looked up latching relays on Google, I'm surprised those aren't used in automotive aplications.
Anyway, this might be a messy install but couldn't Kevan just solder right to the original remote board and hide it. I'm assuming the ribbon...
Couple stupid questions - is the relay used only to turn on/off the led? And how is the 3 position "center off" any different then the momentary "off" part of the same switch? Isn't that just 2 different open circuits?
Sorry I didn't reply to this sooner :o But this weekend does not look good for me. I've got family coming in for the weekend and they want to get together saturday. They have no respect :p
I don't believe the fan will go full speed until somewhere around 230ish. I would think the ECM would kick up the speed a little when the AC is turned on. My suspicion is your AC refrigerant is low. AC warm at idle and cold when the engine speed is increased is a good sign of a low charge...
Here is my post about modifying the stock cooling fan http://www.vtcoa.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1068 It got moved to the DIY section, and I don't have access to that anymore. If you have a question, you will have to PM me.
Would this happen to be the correct VIN 3D7HA16H26G238591? If it is, then it's a red RC with around 5k miles. There are no open recalls. Also, it looks like it just has the standard options (I'm not sure what the 06's had for options though).
