Thanks,We were hoping to get the hood on for the next NE GTG but it will get done and pictures will go out. We are planning a little different paint scheme to match the red metal flake fade from the rocker panels on up into black. Should be different and not too terribly loud.

Stinker cares. Probably a little too much. he's been agonizing over these stupid hoods for way too long. Hated to call him with the bad news but the bubble wrap doesn't cut it for overland freight.

My thoughts exactly. I called and left a message for Stinker suggesting that I would be happy to pay extra to have the hood crated for shipping. This hood will go on the truck eventually even if we have to wrap the damn thig in kevlar to get it to the coast.

No doubt.Some moron on a loading dock must have dragged the box thru the warehouse,around the parking lot, down the street,across town to the Dairy Queen and back to the truck. You can't believe how much of the fiberglass was worn off the edge of the hood. Haven't heard from Stink yet. Stinker...

Just received Stinker's hood today. The edges of the box were worn away as if the hood were dragged for some distance. The body shop owner that was accepting delivery on my behalf was urged by the driver/delivery guy to check the hood before accepting it because of the condition of the box. When...

I called and spoke to Nick at Off Road unlimited. The Eagle 058's are back ordered with no anticipated date of delivery. He is trying to find alternatives. We'll see.

Oh NOOOO!!! Stink. I may have a major problem with the design on the collectors. The way they drop down into the engine bay will probably interfere with the location of that custom intercooler that we built for the paxton. Wish they had just left the louvers flush with the bottom of the hood. Sigh.

We are at 650 RWHP at 8 lbs. boost. Plan is to forge the motor before we go for any more hp. Intercooler provides roughly 40 degree temp drop from ambient. We have also added two additional injectors in front of the throttle body.

Purchased new on October 11,2004. Current mileage 18,065 and lots of $$$$ in mods.

Nick Mannarino at Modern Performance in West Long Branch, New Jersey. Nick tuned FredV's Twin Turbo and my Paxton and did a great job for both of us. He also just fixed and tuned a Hennesy POS that was referred to him from the forum and actually got the thing to run decently without blowing up.

We have it set for 60psi with an aeromotive 1000 pump but we have also added an extra set of injectors just before the throttle body.

Sign me up please. Never can figure out how to get on these lists.
