I wear re-useable rubber earplugs whenever I ride to cut down on the wind noise - simple, effective, and comfortable. Some of the guys at work wear electronic headphones - they amplify sounds at low sound levels, but cut off and muffle at a certain db level. They're nice when using pnuematic...
